Virgin HDPE HD Regrind Polyethylene Pellets

HDPE is the sturdiest and most inflexible type of polyethylene within polyethylene applications. It’s sturdy and moderately tough character can be used for a wide range of applications. HDPE is defined by a having a density greater than or equal to .941 g/cm3.

High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) represents the most common portion of the polyethylene applications. HDPE offers excellent impact resistance, a light weight, low moisture absorption, and a high tensile strength. Additionally, HDPE is also non-toxic and non-staining.

Birch Plastics offers High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) in the form of Virgin Pellets, Reprocessed Pellets, or Regrind. We offer our material both by the truckload and in less than truckload quantities.

Virgin HDPE pellets Offered:

We stock a wide variety of virgin HDPE resins like crate grade, Frac Melt, HMW and Film grade polyethylene resin. Click the below link for your process so we can send you an accurate quote.

Virgin Plastic Resin Packaged Pallets Cropped

Recycled HDPE Regrind and Reprocessed Pellets

It all starts with single stream post-industrial sourcing. All of our plastic regrind is melt flow tested to ensure proper quality. Our regrind also runs through two metal detection stations, where the fines are also aspirated. It is then packaged in a quality box with a liner, lid, and will be contaminate free so you can finally have peace of mind and confidence in your material.
